For visitors staying more than two nights we offer discount 15% off regular price. Normally the guesthouse is not sold out for single night.
Booking conditions
For making a reservation a 50% deposit has to be made.
Cancellation one month before will be fully refunded. Cancellation two weeks before 50% of deposit will be returned.
For cancellations later than two weeks deposit might not be returned. If we find new clients for the period, we try to return all the deopsit regardless of the timing of cancellation. Price offers are valid 5 days if not agreed otherwise. Midsummer day, Kärdla Cafés Day weekend and New Years Eve are booked minimally for 3 nights with full price.
* Regular price contains usual cleaning that means client gives over house in good order, where the dishes have been washed, refridgerator emptied, trash and containers has been taken out and floors have been swept. In case of disordered house, additional 50 euros will be charged for cleaning.
